In May, 2024, at the regular Deloycheet, Inc. Board of Directors meeting, the Board voted unanimously to do routine maintenance on all properties including the corporate office building and lodge in Holy Cross and the Stevens Lake Cabin properties.
In June, 2024, Vice President Chanda Aloysius Yates and Treasurer Ronald Demientieff traveled to Stevens Lake Cabins and assessed the damage and photographed the damage that needed to be repaired. Chanda Yates sent the assessment and photographs to all board members.
In August 2024, Chairperson Hoblet volunteered to handle the repairs at the Deloycheet, Inc. Stevens Lake Cabins. During her family moose hunting trip to Holy Cross, covering her own travel expenses from Anchorage to Holy Cross, she completed the maintenance task. Deloycheet, Inc. provided the materials and hired one laborer to assist her.
To find additional help, Chairperson Hoblet collaborated with office manager Jacqueline Turner to post job listings for two weeks.
