Due to state requirements to present a ballot question to the shareholders, the Board of Directors had to change the 2023 annual meeting date to conform with State of Alaska timelines. The 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be on Saturday, October 28, 2023, in-person, in Holy Cross, AK.
The Board of Directors is stil accepting nominations for three (3) seats with three (3) year terms expiring in 2026. The deadline to submit your application to appear on the 2023 proxy card is August 23, 2023, at 4:00 pm. To receive a packet, please contact:
