As we reported in the last newsletter, Deloycheet, Inc. won our law suits against previous management and Sylvain Analytics.  On June 12, 2017 the Board of Directors met to discuss issuing a dividend to shareholders from the law suit settlement dollars. At that meeting they approved a $1.31 dividend. The dividend will be issued by check (no pick up or direct deposit available at this time) on July 21, 2017. Please call us after August 11, 2017 if you have not received your dividend by mail. We need to allow plenty of time for delivery before we issue stop payment and re-issue checks.
